Our website and services are intended for individuals seeking information about and access to the health, wellness, and beauty services offered by Precision Health and Wellness. You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment or submit information through our website.

A card on file is required to book. Saving a card does not charge it; service payment is due at your appointment.

When you book an appointment through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation & no-show policy. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at 4706557316. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.

Card on file & authorization to charge. Precision Health and Wellness requires a valid payment card to be kept securely on file at booking. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; Precision Health and Wellness does not store your full card number. By providing a card and booking an appointment, you authorize Precision Health and Wellness to charge that card for the cancellation or no-show fee described above if it applies, and for any balance due for services you receive. You may update or remove your card on file, subject to our booking requirements, by contacting us.

Appointment messages from Precision Health and Wellness follow the consent you provide. Booking does not automatically enroll you in marketing.

How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by clicking the opt-out link in your appointment confirmation (text or email), by replying STOP to any text message, or by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

A copy of your booking receipt is emailed to you when you book, and you can request another copy from the booking confirmation page. The receipt shows your appointment details, that $0.00 was charged at booking, and the card on file. Payment is due at the time of service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
