Beyond installation, we offer cutting, coloring, and styling to integrate the wig naturally with your existing hair. Ongoing adjustments are available to maintain optimal comfort and appearance.
Before your visit
We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and any existing hair accessories you wish to incorporate. If you have a scalp condition, please inform the stylist.
Aftercare
Gentle cleansing with a sulfate-free shampoo, regular brushing, and storing the wig on a stand help preserve its shape and longevity.

Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at (425) 754-1309. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.
