The process includes a brief pre-wax assessment to ensure suitability and to address any sensitivities. After waxing, a soothing post-care product is applied to support skin calmness.
Before your visit
Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying lotions or oils beforehand. Hair length of about a quarter inch is ideal for effective removal.
Aftercare
Apply the provided soothing lotion, avoid heat and direct sunlight for 24 hours, and refrain from tight clothing that could irritate the treated area.

Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at (425) 754-1309. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.
