Before your visit
Avoid using strong retinoids, exfoliating acids, or abrasive scrubs for 24 hours before your visit. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin to allow the device to work effectively.
Aftercare
Use a gentle cleanser and a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily. It is advisable to postpone harsh treatments or aggressive exfoliation for at least 48 hours after the facial.

Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at (425) 754-1309. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.
